We played for a wedding ceremony and drinks reception at the beautiful Meols Hall near Southport.

A repeat performance of the fund raising concert last week, raising more money to support Joel's brother in South Africa, inluding the compulsary Christmas numbers!

Ivy Cottage Church, Didsbury
Fund raising concert for Nathan and Sarah Cooper, working in South Africa. We performed a full recital, including works from Malcolm Arnold & Vivaldi. We raised £250! Thanks go to Ivy Cottage Church and to the people who supported us.

Gisburn - Beatherder Festival
It was a bizarre but enjoyable experience. The festival is a huge 3 day open air event featuring many dance acts including Dread zone. We performed a midnight recital in a large dome area infront of 100's of people. Guest drummer- Finley Panter

Eccles
We gave an evening recital at Christ Church, Eccles playing a selection of our favouite repertoire, ranging from from baroque and classical works through to jazz and popular music. We hope to return there to give another concert at Christmas.

Manchester
We played at St. Mary's Church, Daveyhulme, with the Bishop of Manchester in attendance. They heard the world premier of '3 Pieces for Brass Quintet' by our own trumpeter Joel Cooper.

For the second year running we provided the entertainment for the Parkinsons Disease Society's Christmas social - a real pleasure to play for them again!

Played for the 21st birthday of Richard King, (singer, actor and dancer). Was an extremely enjoyable occasion and we played some jazz arrangements including 'somewhere beyond' the sea with vocals from Richard.

We performed in the Manchester street Music festival in association with Manchester International Arts. After the Manchester run we did three sets of light entertainment for the crowds.

Labour Party Conference for Community Events, in association with Manchester International Arts. We saw Tony Blair and had a lengthy conversation with John Prescot who is a Brass band fan!
